Here is an FTP link for a key binding mapping I have made for 1-8th based on the one from Mongol's post. The only thing is that it has a couple of enhancements/assumptions.

1: The name of the 1-8th server connection in TS is "1-8th"
2: The commands listed in RED are used in conjunction with the CONTROL key. i.e. CTRL-8 will connect you to the 1-8th TS Server.
3: You can use the keyboard to control the TS volume while in game. I like this so I can up the TS volume while in a tank and bring it down while on foot.

The first link is to the TS file. To import the settings, open TS and go to Settings/Key Settings. Then click on Import and point to the file location you have saved the settings file to.

The second Link is a Keyboard layout showing what each key does. Print it out (in color if possible) and Stick, glue, nail, laser etch it somewhere near your screen for reference.
